Self Evaluation

Each semester, I keep a journal/log for each course so that I can track what worked well and what needs improvement in each course. These teaching journals are stored on my course website (not here). For instance, here is a screenshot of my teaching journal for a course at the postgraduate level (People Resourcing & Talent Management):

Teaching Journal

Prior to teaching a course in the future, I would then consult my teaching journal to implement changes or new ideas. Then, in that new semester, I will log the extent to which the new ideas were effective and what further improvements might be needed. Therefore, the teaching journal is a way of ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery of each course.
